Cancellations are permitted within three (3) business days of payment. After this window, your space is confirmed and production begins, making the agreement non-refundable.

Yes. After your biography is written, you’ll receive a digital proof to review and approve. You may request up to two rounds of revisions before the deadline.

Once the issue moves into print production, the content is finalized — however, a final proof will still be provided for typographical review.

If no feedback is received within two business days, your approval will be assumed.
